末端反导作战效能评估模型研究

摘要
针对末端反导作战效能评估问题,分析了末端反导作战的基本作战样式和缺失天基信息支持的作战样式,同时分析了基本作战样式的作战过程。立足于反导基本作战样式的作战过程,以ADC方法为基础,引入能力和效能指数概念,建立了末端反导作战效能评估的总体模型。同时,也建立了预警系统、BM/C3I系统、拦截系统和作战保障系统等4个分系统的效能评估模型,为反导作战能力评估提供模型标准。
Abstract
Aiming at operational efficiency evaluation of terminal anti-TBM,both the basic terminal anti-TBM operation mode and the operation mode when lack of space information were analyzed,and the basic operation process was studied.Considering the operation process,the concepts of capablility index and efficiency index were introduced based on ADC method.Then the general operational efficiency evaluation model of terminal anti-TBM was built up,and the performance evaluation models were built up for 4 subsystems,including the early-warning system,BM/C3I system,intercept system and support system.The models can be used as standard models for anti-TBM operational efficiency evaluation.
