Development of practical modules for coupling 1.3μm single-mode laser output into optical fibers
摘要
研制出单横模半导体激光器。使用国产元件已制成具有光控、温控、尾纤输出的组合器件,其基本性能达到了光通信实用化的要求。
Abstract
The single-transverse mode laser diode was developed. A practical moduled fiber pigtail consisting of light and temperature control element and end fiber was fab ricated with domesticelemeuts, its basic properties meet requirements of practical optical fiber communic ation.
