磁光盘静态测试仪
A instrument for evaluating the static parameters of magneto-optical disk
摘要
本文描述了一台由金相显微镜改装的,可擦重写磁光盘材料的评价装置。它具有激光功率,脉宽以及外磁场变化范围大的特点。同时,能进行材料读写性能,灵敏度,均匀性和重复擦写次数的测量。全部测量过程都由计算机控制,操作方便。使用结果表明,它是评价光盘材料和制盘工艺的有用设备。
Abstract
A static parameter measuring equipment used for evaluating the sample of magneto-optical disk media is described in this paper. It is refitted from a metalloscope. The laser power, pulse width and extra magneto-field can be varied in a wide range. The readwrite characterization, sensitivity, uniformity and repeat erase-write number of the media can be measured with this instrument. The overall measuring process is controlled by an IBN-PC computer.The operation is very convenience. Experimental results show that it's an useful equipment for evaluating optical disk media and fabrication technology.
