射频阱中离子的激光溅射注入

摘要
通过实验测出了激光溅射碳靶时存储离子强度随延迟时间的变化, 计算出团簇离子的相对存储效率与离子动能之间的关系, 并对实验结果作出了定性的解释。
Abstract
The velocities and kinetic energies of laser ablated carbon cluster ions injected into an RF trap are measured. The relative trapping efficiencies of these cluster ions are given. The results may be helpful for further research of cluster ions in the RF trap.
