旋转彩色LED显示屏设计与实现

摘要
为满足多实际应用场合的显示和一些特定360°全方位显示的工作需求,降低设备成本,设计了彩色旋转LED显示屏。采用32个三色七彩LED组成单列的旋转LED屏,通过单片机智能控制电机旋转、电子扫描三色LED,实现预设RGB三色的彩色图像显示。提出了旋转彩色LED显示屏的设计方案,给出硬件电路的设计方法,分析图像数据的提取过程和提取方法,并设计了系统程序流程图,最终进行系统的实际测试。采用RGB三色七彩LED,实现了32 pixel×150 pixel像素彩色图像显示。经过长时间测试运行该系统稳定可靠,实现360°全方位显示、灰度实现256级调节。
Abstract
In order to meet the requirements for most applications, a novel design of colorful LED display is proposed by taking Persistence of Vision theory as its theoretical foundation. In this paper, the hardware circuit is presented, the image data extracting procedure is listed, the program flowchart is drawed, and plenty of practical tests are also made about the whole system. The colorful LED display is made by 32 tri-color LEDs spaced at regular intervals in a straight line. High-speed rotating display of this kind would be able to show the intact pre-set image under the control of Microcontroller Unit (MCU). It works better in visibility than monochrome display or Flat Panel Display (FPD).
