掺Er3+离子玻璃作为室温激光工作物质的分析
Investigation of glasses doped with Er3+ ions used as laser materials
摘要
本文计算了玻璃中Er~(3+)离子的受激发射截面、量子效率,分析了其泵浦特性,估计了掺Er~(3+)离子玻璃得到激光振荡的能力,确定出合适的基质玻璃系统。
Abstract
Stimulated peak cross sections and quantum efficiencies of Er3+ ions in glasses wore calculated and pumping characteristics of Er3+ ions are discussed. The potential of obtaining laser action in Er3+-glasses at room temperature is estimated with the suitable host glass for laser transition identified.
