摘要
研究了被动调Q激光器选用激光加热基座法(LHPG)生长的Cr4+∶YAG-Nd3+∶YAG一体化复合型单晶光纤。初步实验结果表明该单晶光纤完全满足全固化被动调Q激光器的要求。对配置两种不同结构输出镜时分别对应的输出光束的特性进行了观测。已实现了脉宽9 ns,最大平均输出功率达19 mW,频率为10 kHz的调Q激光。
Abstract
Monolithic composite Cr4+∶YAG-Nd3+∶YAG crystal fiber was grown by means of laser heated pedestal growth (LHPG) method. Preliminary results showed that the crystal fiber is well suited to a compact passively Q-switched laser operation. The output beam characteristics were observed with two kinds of cavity configuration with different output couplers. A Q-switched laser output with 9 ns pulse duration, 19 mW maximum average power and 10 kHz repetition rate was achieved.
