摘要
综述了激光辐照下光学元件表面波纹产生的实验技术、机理和规律,并提出了波纹现象可能的应用领域.
Abstract
The mechanisms, laws, and experimental technology of laser induced ripples on thesurface of optical devices are summarized, and analyzed, and the possible applications of theseripple phenomena are put forward.
