F-P标准具激光波长测量系统
Laser wavelength meter with F-P etalon
摘要
本文报告带有参考光束的F-P波长测量系统的工作特性及误差,用He-Ne激光作参考光束的波长测量实验装置。对32个不同波长测量的结果表明,测量均方根误差为0.0019nm。
Abstract
We report here the results about operation characteristics and error for F-P etalon wevelength meter with a reference beam. We have done some wavelength measurement experiment in a F-P system, in which the diameter of the interference pattern was measured by an OMA system and a He-Ne laser beam as reference beam. The EMS error for 32 different wavelength measurements was about 0.0019nm.
