高功率连续侧面泵浦1 341.4 nm Nd:YAP激光器

摘要
报道了一台线性偏振输出、波长为1 341.4 nm、采用激光二极管(LD)连续侧面泵浦的Nd:YAP激光器.通过分析Nd:YAP晶体的能级结构和跃迁特点,显示了Nd:YAP晶体作为1.3 μm波段激光器的工作物质的优点.实验对比了不同透过率的输出耦合镜片的输出功率.最终以透过率为6.5% 的输出耦合镜片,在555 W的LD泵浦功率下获得了121 W的平行于晶体c轴线性偏振(c偏振)的1 341.4 nm激光输出,光-光转化效率21.8%,斜率效率为41%;并且在c偏振激光失稳后成功获得了平行于a轴的线性偏振(a偏振)的1 339.2 nm激光.
