激光表面微造型与凸起形貌摩擦性能研究

采用脉冲激光在304不锈钢表面进行了微造型实验,并验证了微坑阵列的减摩效果。采用表面三维形貌仪和共聚焦显微镜,分析了脉宽、脉冲个数和辅助气体对微型貌的影响规律,建立了微造型几何尺寸与激光参数的关系。通过多功能摩擦磨损试验机进行了摩擦磨损实验,研究了在不同载荷和转速下微坑凸起对滑动摩擦性能的影响。实验发现,带有凸起的微造型试样有着更好的摩擦学性能。
Abstract
A pulsed fiber laser emitting at 1 064 nm was used against 304 steel samples in the present paper, and the micro-pores can act as lubricant reservoirs as well as traps for wear debris. An investigation was performed using different pulse energy, pulse numbers and assistant gas. The micro-textures were characterized with 3D surface topography instrument and confocal microscopy. The relationship between the laser processing parameters and qualitative and quantitative profile of the micro-pores was studied. Sliding friction of un-texured and texured specimens were investigated by using thetribometer. The experimental test results showed that the friction coefficient the dimpled specimen with bulges were lower compared to that of the un-texuredspecimens. Also, it was found that sliding friction strongly depend on the sliding speed and normal load.
