一种孔探仪CCD成像系统设计

摘要
孔探检测是无损检测的一种重要手段,为实现孔探检测设备国产化,设计了一种基于FPGA的孔探仪CCD成像系统。从硬件方面介绍了CCD成像系统的驱动、采集和电源部分设计方案;从软件方面对CCD驱动时序、A/D采样时序的生成进行阐述,并介绍了CCFA到YCbCr格式的转换。实验中,本系统采集到清晰的彩色图像。实验测试结果表明本系统有效可行。
Abstract
Endoscopy detection is a significant way of non-destructive test. To realize the domestication of endoscopy detection device, a CCD imaging system for endoscopy based on FPGA is proposed. From the view of hardware, the design of driver, acquisition and power supply is introduced. And from the view of software, the timing sequence of CCD driver and A/D acquisition are presented. Besides, a way of the conversion from CCFA to YCbCr is included. Through experiments, the system is able to capture clearly colorful images. The experimental results show that the CCD imaging system is feasible and effective.
