激光等离子体镁光谱线Stark展宽的测量与计算

摘要
本文用光学多道分析仪测量了用Nd:YAG激光烧蚀固体等离子体的发射光谱,得到了延时Td=1至10 μs时Mg的552.84, 516.74, 470.30,383.83 nm等谱线的Stark展宽,采用半经典理论和电偶极近似,对Td=1 μs和2 μs时上述的谱线的Stark展宽从理论上进行了计算,理论结果与实验符合得很好。
Abstract
The emission spectra from the plasma produced by using Nd:YAG laser to ablate the solid Mg sample was measured with an optical multichannel analyzer. The Stark broadening of Mg 552.84, 516.74, 470.30 and 383.83 nm lines were obtained for a delaying of 1 to 2 us time. The Shark broadening of above lines for Td=1 μs and 2 μs were theoretically calculated with the semiclassical method and electric dipole approximation. The calculatedl results consisted with the experimental ones very well.
