灰铸铁表面微凹坑造型的纳秒激光制备

摘要
采用纳秒激光设备对灰铸铁表面进行激光喷丸微造型,制备出不同深度的微凹坑,通过对微造型前后试样表面的相关力学性能测试建立了激光能量与微造型特征(微凹坑深度、残余应力、纳米硬度、弹性模量)之间的对应关系,为获得能量加工参数的优化选择提供了依据。
Abstract
Micro-dimple arrays with different depth were prepared on the gray cast iron surface by laser peening texturing. The mechanical properties of untextured and micro-textured specimens were measured to establish the correspondence relationship between laser energy and the micro-dimple characteristics (depth, residual stress, nano-hardness and elastic modulus). The optimization of the energy processing parameters was provided.
