摘要
本文利用SERS技术对疑似吸毒人员尿液中的毒品进行快速检测。通过对尿液中的毒品进行快速分离和提纯,结合便携式拉曼光谱仪,并利用自组装的金纳米颗粒作为SERS基底对其进行检测分析,可以实现现场检测。该方法灵敏性高、检测速度快,有望应用于公安及司法部门的缉毒、查毒工作现场中。
Abstract
This article is the use of SERS technology for rapid detection of drugs in urine of suspected drug addicts based on portable Raman spectrometer.The rapid detection and purification of the drugs in the urine,combined with portable Raman spectrometer,and the use of self-assembled gold nanoparticles as SERS substrate for analysis,can be achieved on-site testing.The method with high sensitivity,detection speed,is expected to be applied to the public security and judicial departments of the anti-drug scenes.
