激光引起半导体红外光电探测器失效的一种新机制
A New Mechanism of Laser-induced Photoconductor Deactivation
摘要
应用半导体光电探测器中的非线性输运理论, 给出了激光与探测器相互作用的一般公式。数值计算结果表明, 在一定强度的激光作用下, 系统出现混沌过程, 这与Teitsworth曾在实验上观测到的现象一致.指出由于混沌过程在功率谱上表现为噪声背景, 此时探测得到的是噪声输出, 而使探测器对目标的探测失效.
Abstract
A simple model deScribing Carriers dynamics in Photoconductors via a nonlinear trasport theory of semiconductor is Proposed. Numerical calculation resluts are presented, exhibitings chaotic behavior which approaChes. Teitsworth's experimental resluts. It is indicated that the chaotic broadband noise in the power spectra of the photoconductor output would make the Photoconductor deactivated.
