特种LED光组合减轻抑郁症症状的机理研究

摘要
抑郁症是一种患病率高、易复发的精神疾病,会造成生活质量下降,认知功能损伤等问题,严重时还会产生自杀想法和自杀行为。研究表明,机体褪黑激素含量的减少可能引发抑郁症。研究光照强度、光谱分布等对褪黑激素分泌的影响,光线疗法对抑郁症的作用以及利用 LED光谱可调且智能化的优点,根据不同场合和时间段的需求,整合出不同维度的光,给人们带去舒适的体验,创造利于身心健康的光环境,从治疗和预防两方面更好控制抑郁症。
Abstract
Depression is a mental illness with high prevalence and recurrence.It will cause the low life quality and the problem such as cognitive impairment and lead to suicide when the disease is severe.Research has shown that less melatonin levels of the organism can induce the depression.This article mainly introduced the relationship between the secretion of melatonin and light intensity with spectral distribution,the effects of light therapy for depression.According to the LED spectral adjustable and intelligent,we integrate the different dimensions of light to bring people comfortable experience and create light environment conducive to the physical and mental health for the treatment and prevention to relieve the depression well.
