Application of Light Emitting Diodes in Radiometry

摘要
发光二极管(LED)是一种半导体固体发光器件,在可见-近红外波段的光辐射测量和光电探测器的定标中,显示出高辐射亮度、高电光转换效率、可组合调配光谱分布、发光性能稳定等独特优点,可作为辐射度学、光度学和色度学研究的新型参考光源。同时因为体积小、功耗低,它在卫星遥感器的星上定标等领域正在获得越来越多的应用。简要综述近年来发光二极管在光辐射测量中的应用以及国内外这一领域的进展,展示了其广泛的应用前景。
Abstract
Light-emitting diode(LED) is a compound semiconductor device. In optical radiometry and calibration, LED has good performance of high luminance, energy-cost savings and long life. It is new reference source of radiometry,photometry and colorimetry. Because of its small bulk and low power, LED is regarded as complementarity of lamp and used in calibration of remote sensing. Application of LED in optical radiometry and research progress in the field are introduced, and a bright future has been brought forward.
