非对称3×3干涉型传感器解调系统设计

摘要
针对3×3耦合器输出信号的非对称特性,研究并推导了改进型的3×3耦合器解调算法.根据该算法,使用Labview设计了信号处理软件.实现了对非对称3×3耦合器输出信号的软件解调和频谱分析.通过实验,系统的频率测量范围可达10~1000 Hz,相位测量范围为-10~10 rad,相位灵敏度为0.5V/rad.
