光学元件的激光损伤阈值测量

摘要
激光损伤阈值的准确测量是研究高抗激光损伤光学元件的必要条件.分析了激光诱导损伤阈值的不确定度来源,包括激光能量测量、光斑有效面积测量、各能量密度处几率的计算以及对损伤几率点进行直线拟合4个方面.利用统计学原理和线性拟合等理论对不确定度分量及测试结果的相对合成不确定度进行了理论推导和计算.1 064 nm高反薄膜样品的实例分析表明,损伤阈值测量的相对合成不确定度为18.72%.
