光镊与介电泳微操纵技术

Micromanipulation by Means of Optical Tweezers and Dielectrophoresis Technologies

摘要
光镊和介电泳技术都是非侵入式微操纵技术,发展迅速,应用广泛.而不同的研究目的需要选择合适的研究手段,鉴于两种技术具有一些相似的特点而又有着不同优势,简要介绍其工作原理,从微粒的俘获、分选、旋转和相关物理量测量等方面进行比较,阐明各自优势所在,并展望光镊和介电泳技术的结合发展.
