在λ/4多层膜上增加一层附加层,获得了1.06微米波长高透和0.53微米波长高反,其主要结果:1.06微米,T>99.3%;0.53微米,R>99.6%。
Abstract
High transmissivity at 1.06μm and high reflectivity at 0.53μm are obtained by coating a supplementary layer on the A/4 stack. The primary results are T>99.3% at 1.06um and B>99.6% at 0.53μm.
