钽铌酸锂晶体的布里渊散射研究
Brillouin scattering study of lithium niobate-tantalate crystals
摘要
研究了钽铌酸锂(LiTa_xNb_(1-x)O_3,x=0.0013,0.0052,0.015,0.06)晶体在室温的布里渊散射.给出了它们的弹性刚度常数和压电应力常数.测量了一种组份晶体的布里渊散射频移在50K～580K范围内的温度特性.发现某些声子散射谱中除三个正常峰外还存在一个异常峰.
Abstract
The Brillouin scattering of lithium niobate-tantalate crystals (LiTaNb1-cO3, x-0.0013, 0.0062, 0.015, 0.06) has been investigated at room temperature. The elastic stiffness constants and piezoelectric stress constants of these crystals have been obtained. The temperature dependence of the Brillouin frequency shift for one of these crystals in the range from 50 K to 580 K has been measured. An abnormal peak has been observed in the Brillouin spectra for some phonons in addition to the three normal peaks.
