基于级联非线性调制的光混频技术研究

摘要
分析了非线性电光调制来实现光混频的方法,设计了一种基于级联非线性调制的光混频方案,通过改变调制信号相位关系,有效地抑制了高阶交调分量,提升了非线性光混频的转换效率。使用了光学仿真软件Optisystem 进行包含噪声的混频性能仿真,展现了这种级联非线性调制的性能优势。
Abstract
The nonlinear electro-optical modulation method is analyzed for optical mixing, and an optical mixing using cascade nonlinear modulation is designed to inhibit the generation of high-order intermodulations effectively as well as to improve conversion efficiency by changing phase relations. Meanwhile a mixing properties simulation including woise with Optisystem has been done, indicating the good performance of this scheme.
