摘要
设计了一种适用于任何形式的可调谐激光器的光学系统和测试系统,同时实现了对调制光栅Y型可调谐激光器(MGY)的封装,该系统由光源模块、准直透镜、隔离器、双面胶合棱镜、聚焦透镜、三棱镜、法布里-珀罗(F-P)标准具、以及光电探测器构成。利用法布里-珀罗标准具的滤波特性实现了可调谐激光器光学系统的波长锁定模块,分析了入射光线与标准具轴线之间夹角对透射谱峰值和自由光谱值(FSR)的影响,发现角度在1°以内,角度变化对锁波精度的影响非常显著,而对自由光谱值的影响非常小。结果表明:对于光通信可调谐激光器的锁波模块,可以通过旋转F-P标准具与入射光线之间的夹角使F-P标准具的透射波长与国际电信联盟(ITU-I)的标准信道一致,从而实现输出波长的锁定。
Abstract
An optical system and testing device was designed which could be used for any communication tunable laser. The packing of module grating Y laser was completed, which contained chip of light source, collimating lens, isolator, double beam splitter, focus lens, prism, Fabry-Perot etalon and photo-electric detector. By using the filter of Fabry-Perot Etalon character, the wavelength lock module as optical system of tunable laser was accomplished. The effect of the angle between the beam and the etalons optical axis on the transmission was analyzed. It is found that when the angle change is less than 1 degree, the influence of frequency drift as wavelocking is very significant. The results show that for the module of communication tunable laser the angle between the beam and the etalons optical axis can be rotated, then the transmission spectrum of the Fabry-Perot etalon can be accordance with the ITU-T standard grid that the output wavelength can be locked.
