固液同成分点组分LiNbO,sub>3紫外吸收边研究
Study of the ultraviolet absorption edge of LiNbO3crystal solid-liquid congruent point composition
摘要
本文报道了室温下,固液同成分点熔体中生长的LiNbO_3紫外光学吸收边的测量结果;并通过对晶体a1/2~hv曲线的研究,肯定了4.0 eV以下吸收边的间接跃迁性质;讨论了三段直线的意义;确定了禁带宽度E9值为3.38 eV.
Abstract
In this paper the measurement of the ultraviolet absorption edge of LiNbO3 crystal grown from the solid-liquid congruently melt at room temperature is presented. It is affirmed that the absorption edge below 4.0 eV is attributable to indirect transition. The meaning of three straight-lines of the spectral curyo are discussed by studying the α1/2-hv curve of LiNbO3. The energy gap Eg is 3.38 eV.
