The protective coatings on sodium chloride crystals
摘要
用实验表明在NaCl表面上真空蒸涂的F46或202等保护膜,除能防潮外,并能承受750W/cm~2的CO2激光的连续作用。
Abstract
It has been shown experimently thai the protective coatings of "F46" or "202" etc deposited on the surface of sodium chloride crystals by vacuum evaporation can endure continuous expansion of CO2 laser at 750 W/cm2,in addition to its merit of moisture proof effect.
