高分辨光学卫星传感器在轨MTF检测

摘要
调制传递函数(MTF)是光学卫星传感器像质评价的重要参数,在轨MTF检测关系到高分辨卫星遥感数据的应用 和未来卫星遥感器的发展。目前主要有刃边法、脉冲法、点源法、周期靶标法等多种在轨MTF检测方法,这些 方法各有特点,均取得一定的在轨检测成效。通过对常用的在轨MTF检测方法的论述,对比分析了不同方法 的适用范围、参照目标布设、数据处理及应用效果等,以期提高不同空间分辨率的光学卫星传感器在轨MTF检测精度。
Abstract
Modulation transfer function (MTF) is an important parameter for image quality evaluation of satellite optical sensors. In-flight MTF measurement is also significant to the application of high resolution satellite remote sensing data and development of future satellite sensors. There are many on-orbit MTF estimation methods such as knife-edge method, pulse method, point source method and periodic target method. All these methods have their own features and achieved a certain degree of results. In order to improve MTF estimation accuracy of different spatial resolution optical satellite sensors, comparison and analysis are carried out in application scope, target deployment, data processing and application effects of different methods by expositing in-flight MTF measurement which is commonly used.
