Abstract
This paper introduces a newly developed technique,which is the combination oflaser-driven gas-phase synthesis of clusters and on-line time-of-flight mass spectrometer. By using this method, carbon, silicon, carbon-silicon and nitrogen-silicon clusters wereproduced and analyzed.
