介绍了用于单细胞研究的纳米光纤生物传感器及其进展,系统给出了纳米光纤生物传感器的构成、原理和在检测单细胞方面的应用。
Abstract
The development of optical fiber nanobiosensors for single cell monitoring is introduced, and the construction, principle and application in single-cell monitoring are reviewed.
