放电单重氧发生器的研究进展

摘要
氧碘激光器主要是通过O2(1Δ)与碘原子的共振能量转移来实现的,用气体放电的方法产生O2(1Δ)是目前的研究热点。介绍了各种放电单重氧发生器的结构特点以及存在的问题。射频放电由于具有较好的稳定性以及均匀性,已经广泛用于各种气体激光器的激励。
Abstract
Oxygen-iodine laser is obtained by the near resonant energy transfer between O2(1△) and atomic iodine. Gas discharge generating singlet oxygen is a research hotspot. The structure features and problems of discharge singlet oxygen generators are introduced. According to the good stability,uniformity, and extensive use in gas lasers,radio frequency dischange would be a good choice.
