摘要
Abstract
The output characteristicsof phase-shifted long-period fiber gratings (LPGs) are analyzed using transfer matrix method. The transmissions and their envelops of several kinds of these gratings are given. The characteristics of phase-shifted LPGs and Bragg gratings are compared. The possible applications of phase-shifted LPGs are discussed.
