高功率激光加工中光束的转换、聚焦和整合
Switching Focusing and Integrating of Light Beam in High Power Laser Process
摘要
介绍了一种能合理利用激光器连续工作能力的三工位光路转换装置 ;分析了透射聚焦和反射聚焦的优缺点及其应用领域,其中反射聚焦中分析了球面镜反射聚焦和离轴抛物面反射聚焦两种形式;最后简要介绍了能量均匀分布的线形光斑和矩形光斑的整合方式。
Abstract
A three-worksite beam switching equipment which can make use of the laser energy . The merit, shortcoming and applicable areas of transmitted focusing and reflected focusing are analyzed respectively; At last, the integrated medthod of two kinds of special spots with homogeneous energy distribution is introduced.
