Temperature dependence of optical absorption edge in near infraree filter glasses
摘要
本文研究了三种近红外滤光玻璃光吸收限随温度的变化.建议以吸收限的温度系数γ=dvg/dT来表示温度的影响.首次测定了三种玻璃的γ值分别为-2.5cm~(-1).℃~-1(HWR-4)、-2.7cm~(-1).℃~(-1)(HWB-80)与-3.9cm~(-1).℃~(-1)(HWB-90).本文还简略地讨论了温度系数γ的物理意义.
Abstract
In this paper the change of optical absorption edge with temperature in three types of near infrared filter glasses is presented. It is proposed that the temperature coeffcient of optical absorption edge γ = dvg/dT characterizes this behaviour. The temperature coefficient γ of given three type glasses are measured first and are -2.5cm-1·℃-1 (HWB-4), -2.7cm-1·℃-1(HWB-80) and -3.9 cm-1·℃-1 (HWB-90) respectively. The physical conception of temperature coefficient γ is roughly discussed.
