摘要
研制成功一种基于集成光学声光可调谐滤波器(IAOTF)的新型近红外光谱仪.从理论上分析了这种光谱仪的特征方程及分辨率,然后用三个中心波长不同的分布反馈式(DFB)激光器的耦合光源进行了发射光谱的实验测量,最后通过傅里叶逆卷积的方法进行了光谱数据的恢复工作,从而进一步将该光谱仪的分辨本领提高到 0.6 nm.
Abstract
A near-infrared spectrometer based on an integrated optical acousto-optic tunable filter (IAOTF) is constructed. In this paper, the characteristic equation and resolution of this kind of spectrometer is first theoretically analyzed, and then the coupling light of three distributed feedback (DFB) lasers centered at different wavelengths, is used as the light source and the emitting spectrum is achieved. At last, data recovery is done with Fourier deconvolution method to improve the resolution of the spectromter to 0.6 nm.
