ErxY1-xAl3(BO3)4晶体的生长及性质
Growth and properties of ErxY1-xAl3(BO3)4 crystals
摘要
研究了助熔剂法合成ErxY1-xAl3(BO3)4(EYAB)晶体的工艺;对该体系的物相进行了差热和X-射线分析,确定了K2Mo3O12及EYAB相的生成温度得到不同组成的EYAB晶体;观察了晶体缺陷,测定了晶体学参数及热稳定性。
Abstract
The giotrth. technique of single cryals ErxYi1-aAl3(B03)4 (EYAB) from a K2SO4-MoO3 flux, was investigated, The.phases of EYAB and KaMo3O10 compound3 have boon analysed with the methode,of-’TQ-A (JThermograylmetric analysis) and DTA (differentialthermal analysis)and X-cay diffraction, The defects in the crystals have been observed. Thestructure and the thermostability of the crystals were measured as well.
