红外10.6微米双普克尔盒电光开关的研制和工作性能
Development and performances of double Pockels cells at 10.6 μm
摘要
本文描述了口径11×12mm2红外双普克尔盒电光开关的结构及制作工艺,测量了工作性能.用它可有效地选出锁模TEACO2激光单脉冲,用混合型单纵模TEACO2激光器输出作削波时,所得脉冲前沿小于1ns.
Abstract
The development of double Pookols cells with an aperture of 11x12mm2 is described and the performances measured. It has been used to select single short laser pulses from a mode-locked TEA CO2 laser. The rise time of a laser pulse switched-out from the smooth long pulse of a single longitudinal mode hybrid TEA CO2 laser is less thau 1 ns.
