Restraint conditions for curvature radius error of reflective mirrors in a confocal Fabry-Perot scanning interferometer
摘要
Abstract
Starting from the principle of equivalent confocal cavity, the paper discusses the restraint conditions for the curvature radius error ΔR of reflective mirrors in a confocal Fabry-Perot scanning interferometer. The analytical results show that the limit to ΔR is very strict and ΔR can be properly compensated by off-focus amount 8.
