基于红外热像仪的激光-电弧复合焊接温度场的测量及Matlab转换

Measurement of Temperature Field in Laser-arc Hybrid Welding based on Infrared Thermal Imaging System and Matlab Transformation

摘要
采用SC7750LW型红外热像仪采集了激光-电弧复合焊接高氮奥氏体不锈钢的熔池表面温度, 通过Matlab数学软件建立了基于红外热像图的三维温度分布转换程序。研究了不同热输入条件下焊缝凝固速度与焊缝凝固模式的关系, 并预测焊缝形成气孔倾向。研究了焊缝温度场与焊缝熔宽之间的相关性, 获得了焊缝熔宽值与红外热图的关系, 其熔宽计算值与实际值比较吻合。
Abstract
In this paper, the surface temperature of molten pool of high nitrogen austenitic stainless steel was collected by SC7750LW infrared thermal imaging system. The three-dimensional temperature distribution conversion program based on infrared thermal image was established by Matlab software. The relationship between solidification rate and solidification mode of the weld under different heat input conditions was studied. Study on the correlation between weld temperature field and weld width, the weld width value and infrared thermography was abtained, the weld width calculated results agree well with the actual value.
