Investigation on lifetime of He-Ne lasers by means of Weibull function
摘要
将玻璃结构内腔式小型氦-氖激光管的失效机理与威布尔函数的物理模型作了对比,指出这种激光管的工作寿命应服从威布尔函数规律。导出了加速寿命公式,利用该公式,可以快速地判定氦-氖激光管的寿命特征。
Abstract
The failure mechanism of He-Ne lasers is compared with the physical model of Weibull function. It follows that the lifetime of He-Ne lasers ought to obey Weibull function. An equation for lifetime shortening is derived, which is used to determine readily the lifetime characteristics of He-Ne lasers.
