扫描速度对MoCr铸铁表面激光淬火组织及性能影响

摘要
利用不同的激光扫描速度对MoCr铸铁表面进行激光淬火处理, 探讨了激光扫描速度对激光淬火层深度的影响, 并对激光相变硬化层的组织、硬度及磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明, 经激光淬火后, MoCr铸铁组织转变为细小的针状马氏体组织, 表面硬度提高了2.6倍以上, 耐磨性得到显著提高。激光扫描速度对淬火层有较大影响, 随着激光扫描速度的提高, 激光淬火层深度降低, 而硬度、耐磨性逐渐提高。
Abstract
The laser quenching test was made on the surface of MoCr cast iron with different laser scanning speeds. The effect of laser scanning speeds on the depth of laser quenching layer was investigated. The microstructure, hardness, and wear resistance of the laser phase transformation hardening layer were studied. The results indicate that the microstructure of MoCr cast iron transform into fine acicular martensite after laser quenching. The surface hardness of laser quenched samples is improved by more than 2.6 times, and the wear resistance is significantly enhanced. Laser scanning speed has an important effect on the laser quenching layer, with the increase of laser scanning speed, the depth of laser quenching layer decreases, but the hardness and wear resistance increase gradually.
