激光粉末床熔融增材制造面临质量稳定一致性的挑战,铺粉质量是影响成形件质量的重要因素。近年来,计算机视觉在铺粉缺陷监测中的应用表现突出,但其性能却受到标注数据数量不足的限制。针对这一问题,笔者设计了基于视觉大模型分割一切模型(SAM)的铺粉缺陷分割模型(PSAM)。针对SAM预训练参数的知识迁移问题,引入Adapter模块实现参数微调;针对铺粉分割任务中类别信息的需求,改进了SAM中的掩码解码器;针对工业场景中人工提示难的问题,提出了自动提示生成器,实现了视觉提示的自动生成。在训练样本数量仅为50的情况下,PSAM表现出了良好的分割性能,平均交并比(mIoU)可达到65.02%,相较于Deeplab v3和U-Net分别提升了8.52个百分点和5.31个百分点。本研究展示了视觉大模型在增材过程监控中的应用价值和应用潜力。

The prediction of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) images from fundus structural images is a cutting-edge research topic in ophthalmological image processing. Prediction comprises estimating FFA from fundus camera imaging, single-phase FFA from scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (SLO), and three-phase FFA also from SLO. Although many deep learning models are available, a single model can only perform one or two of these prediction tasks. To accomplish three prediction tasks using a unified method, we propose a unified deep learning model for predicting FFA images from fundus structure images using a supervised generative adversarial network. The three prediction tasks are processed as follows: data preparation, network training under FFA supervision, and FFA image prediction from fundus structure images on a test set. By comparing the FFA images predicted by our model, pix2pix, and CycleGAN, we demonstrate the remarkable progress achieved by our proposal. The high performance of our model is validated in terms of the peak signal-to-noise ratio, structural similarity index, and mean squared error.

针对文本生成图像任务中的文本编码器不能深度挖掘文本信息,导致后续生成的图像存在语义不一致的问题,本文提出了一种改进DMGAN模型的文本生成图像方法。首先使用XLnet的预训练模型对文本进行编码,该模型在大规模语料库的预训练之下能够捕获大量文本的先验知识,实现对上下文信息的深度挖掘;然后在DMGAN模型生成图像的初始阶段和图像细化阶段均加入通道注意力模块,突出重要的特征通道,进一步提升生成图像的语义一致性和空间布局合理性,以及模型的收敛速度和稳定性。实验结果表明,所提出模型在CUB数据集上生成的图像相比原DMGAN模型,IS指标提升了0.47,FID指标降低了2.78,充分说明该模型具有更好的跨模态生成能力。

A new theoretical method to study super-multiperiod superlattices has been developed. The method combines the precision of the 8-band kp-method with the flexibility of the shooting method and the Monte Carlo approach. This method was applied to examine the finest quality samples of super-multiperiod Al0.3Ga0.7As/GaAs superlattices grown by molecular beam epitaxy. The express photoreflectance spectroscopy method was utilized to validate the proposed theoretical method. For the first time, the accurate theoretical analysis of the energy band diagram of super-multiperiod superlattices with experimental verification has been conducted. The proposed approach highly accurately determines transition peak positions and enables the calculation of the energy band diagram, transition energies, relaxation rates, and gain estimation. It has achieved a remarkably low 5% error compared to the commonly used method, which typically results in a 25% error, and allowed to recover the superlattice parameters. The retrieved intrinsic parameters of the samples aligned with XRD data and growth parameters. The proposed method also accurately predicted the escape of the second energy level for quantum well thicknesses less than 5 nm, as was observed in photoreflectance experiments. The new designs of THz light-emitting devices operating at room temperature were suggested by the developed method.

微小型无人飞行器的屏蔽效能对其抗外部强电磁干扰能力有显著影响。针对微小型飞行器物理空间小、屏蔽效能难以测量的困难,提出一种基于扩比模型的等效获取方法,将原模型等比例扩大n倍得到扩比模型,利用常规屏蔽效能测试方法和测试仪器测量得到扩比模型的屏蔽效能,再根据扩比模型和原模型屏蔽效能的关系得到原模型的屏蔽效能。以巡飞弹和四旋翼无人机两种典型微小型飞行器为例进行了仿真,结果表明原模型在频率f处的屏蔽效能等于扩比模型在频率f1=f/n处的屏蔽效能,验证了该方法的正确性。在此基础上,总结提出了基于扩比模型的等效测试流程,为微小型飞行器屏蔽效能的测试提供了一种可行的测试方法。

Collective cell migration is a coordinated movement of multi-cell systems essential for various processes throughout life. The collective motions often occur under spatial restrictions, hallmarked by the collective rotation of epithelial cells confined in circular substrates. Here, we aim to explore how geometric shapes of confinement regulate this collective cell movement. We develop quantitative methods for cell velocity orientation analysis, and find that boundary cells exhibit stronger tangential ordering migration than inner cells in circular pattern. Furthermore, decreased tangential ordering movement capability of collective cells in triangular and square patterns are observed, due to the disturbance of cell motion at unsmooth corners of these patterns. On the other hand, the collective cell rotation is slightly affected by a convex defect of the circular pattern, while almost hindered with a concave defect, also resulting from different smoothness features of their boundaries. Numerical simulations employing cell Potts model well reproduce and extend experimental observations. Together, our results highlight the importance of boundary smoothness in the regulation of collective cell tangential ordering migration.

用动能为1360 keV的129Xeq+q=17,20,23,25,27)高电荷态离子分别入射到金属Al和Ti固体靶表面,测量高电荷离子与表面相互作用过程中离子俘获表面电子完成中性化所形成的激发态Xe原子和低电离态Xe离子退激辐射的近红外光谱线(800~1700 nm),以及靶原子被离化激发、退激辐射的光谱线。实验结果表明:高电荷态离子入射金属表面的过程中,携带的势能在飞秒量级的时间内沉积到靶表面,使靶原子离化激发,较强的库仑势能可使靶原子形成高离化态和复杂的电子组态、退激辐射光谱线。随着入射离子的电荷态增加,测量谱线的强度增大,该变化趋势与入射离子的势能随电荷增加的变化趋势大体一致,说明经典过垒模型在近玻尔速度能区是成立的。

在光声层析成像(photoacoustic tomography,PAT)时,不均匀光通量分布、组织复杂的光学和声学特性以及超声探测器的非理想特性等因素会导致重建图像质量下降。本文考虑不均匀光通量、非定常声速、超声探测器的空间脉冲响应和电脉冲响应、有限角度扫描和稀疏采样等因素的影响,建立了前向成像模型。通过交替优化求解成像模型的逆问题,实现光吸收能量分布图和声速分布图的同时重建。仿真、仿体和在体实验结果表明,与反投影法、时间反演法和短滞后空间相干法相比,该方法重建图像的结构相似度和峰值信噪比可分别提高约83%、56%、22%和80%、68%、58%。由上述结果可知,对非理想成像场景采用该方法重建的图像质量有显著提高。

构建了一种基于自监督的框架,该框架从单目立体内窥镜视频中提取多视图图像,利用图像中的底层三维(3D)信息构建对象的几何约束,实现软组织结构的准确重建。基于分割任意场景模型对内窥镜下的动态手术器械、静态腹腔场景及可形变软组织结构进行分割解耦。该框架利用简单的神经网络多层感知机来表示动态神经辐射场(NeRF)中运动手术器械和形变软组织结构,基于偏斜熵损失对手术场景中的手术器械、腔体场景和软组织结构进行正确分离。在通过使用单目立体内窥镜捕获机器人手术模拟器场景的数据集上,将所提方法的结果与其他方法进行定量定性比较。结果表明本文方法在处理腹腔体场景、软组织结构重建、手术器械的分割解耦,以及来自多视点的3D信息和运动对象的图像分割等方面显著优于当前的方法。
