实现了钛宝石泵浦Yb:YAG微片激光器的室温运转,Yb:YAG晶体中Yb3+的掺杂浓度分别为10 at-%和20 at-%,当20 at-% Yb:YAG晶体微片(6 mm×6 mm×0.5 mm)吸收的泵浦功率为784 mW时,获得356 mW 1.053 μm的CW激光输出,斜率效率高达69%,总的光-光效率为45%。
