为满足某强电磁脉冲辐射系统对轻小型脱离地面脉冲电源的应用需求,研究了一种微型动态级联爆磁压缩发生器。首先介绍了该发生器的结构参数,然后利用基于等效电路的数值计算模型对该发生器电路参数和输入输出电流进行了模拟计算,最后以蓄电池供电的初始能源为发生器提供初始种子电流,对发生器输出特性进行了爆轰实验。实验结果表明,发生器在1.44 μH电感负载上产生脉冲电流峰值达到49 kA,电流上升时间5.2 μs,能量放大约7.8倍。

通过等效电路方法计算了MA量级小型螺线管爆磁压缩发生器(HEMCG)各参数, 得到发生器的损耗主要来自非欧姆损耗。设计的HEMCG整体外径约140 mm, 长度小于550 mm, 初始电感128.7 μH。实验表明, 在初始电流3.6 kA条件下, 在100 nH负载上输出前沿75.2 μs、峰值1.87 MA的电流脉冲, 电流放大约519.4倍, 能量放大约209.5倍, 炸药化学能到电磁能的转换效率为6%。两发HEMCG分别经原边电感约440 nH、副边电感约4 μH、耦合系数约0.85的电缆变压器调制, 在4 μH负载上得到了上升时间约80 μs、峰值72 kA的脉冲电流, 变压器能量传输效率约为26.8%。关键词: 爆磁压缩发生器; 强流脉冲电源; 脉冲功率技术; 电缆变压器; 调制xingmaer@163.comMiniature MA-level helical explosively-driven magnetic flux compression generatorLi Xiaolin1, Chen Dongqun2, Li Da2, Cao Shengguang2, Wang Yuwei2, Li Shu2 (1.
