Abstract
This paper discusses thedesign of full-inner-cavity birefringence dual-frequency He-Ne laser with fixedfrequency-difference by angle-block structure, and the frequency-stabilization schemes ofserving the laser with heater through the equal light intensity methods. The frequencystability is better than 2×10-7 within 8 hours.
