Research Progress on Passively Q-Switched Lasers Based on New Saturable Absorption Devices
摘要
被动调Q技术作为调Q技术的一个重要分支,在激光技术领域得到重要应用。利用新型可饱和吸收器件实现被动调Q过程是当前的研究热点,简要介绍了石墨烯、MXene以及金纳米材料的性质和优点,总结了将这三种材料作为可饱和吸收体应用于被动调 Q 激光器中的研究进展。新型材料与被动调Q技术的结合,为进一步研究被动调Q技术以及推动新材料在被动调Q激光器中的应用提供参考。
Abstract
Passively Q-switched technology, as an important branch of Q-switched technology, has gained important applications in laser technology fields. Using new saturable absorption devices to achieve passively Q-switched process is a research hotspot currently. In this paper, the properties and advantages of graphene, MXene, and gold nanomaterials are briefly introduced, and the research progress of using these materials as saturable absorbers in passively Q-switched lasers is summarized. The combination of new materials and passively Q-switched technology provides a reference for further researches on passively Q-switched technology and promotes the application of new materials in passively Q-switched lasers.
