308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风进展

摘要
白癜风是一种常见的后天色素脱失性皮肤黏膜疾病。虽然传统治疗方法很多, 但是大多数疗法疗效欠佳,且有一定副作用,因而,白癜风的治疗成为一个临床治疗难题。近年来,308 nm准分子激光,一种治疗白癜风的新型激光治疗手段,以其显效快速、治疗次数少、累计剂量低、不累及正常皮肤、副作用少、缓解期相对长等特点在临床上得到广泛应用且被多数患者所接受。本文就308 nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的作用机制、临床应用优势、临床疗效、不良反应、影响因素及联合治疗疗效简单作一综述,并分析影响疗效的相关因素:病人年龄、病程、皮肤类型、皮损部位、大小及治疗次数等,以供临床治疗参考。
Abstract
Vitiligo is a common acquired skin depigmentation disorder.There are various options in the treatment of vitiligo, however,many of them often lead to poor efficacy and some side effects.Therefore, vitiligo is difficult to cure in clinic.In recent years, a new kind therapeutic method-308 nm excimer laser has been accepted by a lot of patients and widely used with rapid acting,less therapeutical frequencies,less accumulated dosages,no normal skin being involved,less side-effects and prolonged remission features. The article reviews the mechanism,clinical advantages,clinical efficacy,adverse effects,influential factors and effects of combined treatment in the treatment of vitiligo with 308 nm excimer laser simply, correlative factors such as patients age,disease durations,skin types,location of lesions,size of lesions and therapeutical frequencies are also analyzed so as to provide references for clinical treatment.
