摘要
针对某光电转塔在实验过程中出现实际减振频率大幅低于设计减振频率的问题,研究了转塔和减振器刚度耦合对减振系统的影响。经过分析研究,提出了基于刚度匹配的减振设计方法,对该光电转塔进行了改进设计,经过再次试验验证,证明该方法具有良好的减振效果。
Abstract
In the engineering test of an electric-optic turret, it was found the systems inherent frequencies were distinctly lower than the designed ones.To explain this phenomenon, the stiffness coupling between the electric-optic turret and the vibration isolator was analyzed.Further more, a new design method of vibration reduction based on stiffness matching was proposed, and was applied in the improved design of the turret.The subsequent tests proved the effectiveness of this method.
