一种快速有效的基于激光视觉的焊缝跟踪实时图像处理方式

摘要
对螺旋管激光视觉传感焊缝跟踪的实时图像处理进行了研究,就其中的关键技术焊缝中心线提取进行了讨论和研究。提出了一种快速有效的OSTU阈值分割法进行激光中心线提取,并且结合一维信号的形态滤波使中心线平滑。该方法效果理想,切实可行。
Abstract
The real time image processing for spiral pipe seam tracking based on laser stripe-sensors has been studied. Key technology in laser center line extraction has been discussed and studied. A fast and effective OSTU method for laser center line extraction has been proposed. In order to smooth the center line, one-dimensional signal filtering has been used. The method are effective and satisfactory.
