一种带照明的机载弯管相机系统设计

摘要
针对飞机舱内的特殊位置需要获得高速动态图像用于监视飞机状态并进行一些参数的定量测量计算的问题。设计安装将光轴进行120°转折、在暗弱舱内对目标进行监视的环光照明装置; 为了适应机载振动和冲击的要求, 对系统进行了抗力学设计, 通过振动实验台进行了验证; 为了与三种不同类型的彩色高速或高清相机配合满足系统最小对角线全视场不小于60°的要求对光学视场也进行了合理设计。
Abstract
It is necessary to obtain high-speed dynamic image at a certain position inside an aircraft cabin so that the state of the aircraft and some parameters can be measured quantitatively. Optical axes are bent to 120 degrees at mounting position. To monitor an object inside dark and weak aircraft cabin, an annular optical illumination device is designed. In order to adapt to vibration and impact on the aircraft, anti-mechanics design is adopted. Finally it is tested and verified by experiments. To match three different color high-speed or high-definition cameras and satisfy the requirement that the optical system minimal diagonal field of view should be no less than 60 degrees, it is properly designed for the optical field of view.
